  The most incompetent staff I have ever seen in my life. I was told to come in to deposit my check. When I arrived,So called "Managers" do not know how to deposit a check. When you call, no one ever picks up the phone,EVER. Truly a bunch of rude, clueless people that I have ever met. Will never use Chase Bank Again,customers do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. Rude,obnoxious,and truly incompetent staff. STAY FAR AWAY. Wish I could give them 0 stars
