  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer since they first opened near Dillard. I have bought one cigarette that worked about five years ago and kept getting bad ones since. A month ago, I went in with yet another bad one and they suggested maybe my husband and I switch to one of the newer models that costs over a hundred dollars apiece. My husbands works fine, mine does not. I took it in after a month and told the guy who works there that it kept flashing “battery is imbalance” to which I had to answer with continuously taking the batteries the batteries out and switching them around three or four times before I could get them to work. He said that I must have gotten the floor model (which I Did) and the batteries were old. He switched out the batteries and sent me on my merry way. After another week, I found myself near their shop 45 minutes from my home and took it back in. I explained to the lady what was going on and what all has been done to fix it. She said it must be the atomizer. I told her that I had just changed it. She asked how I was charging it and I told her the normal way where you plug the cigarette into the charger. She said I needed to buy an additional charger and take the batteries out of the cigarette and put them in there to marry them. What?? Marry them?? I didn’t adopt a girl, I bought an expensive vape cigarette and now I have to pay for an expensive wedding that I was not warned about. I reminded her that my husband bought the same model and has yet to have a problem much less pay for an expensive wedding. She said that she would marry them for free if I was willing to wait two hours for the process. REALLY??? So for two hours of waiting around for the marriage am I going to be responsible for raising the grandkids? No thank you! I took my crappy cigarette and left.
