  Visited Dr. Ng today as a new patient and found her, her nurse, and her new nurse practitioner all incredibly friendly and professional. The office is calm. She listened intently, explained things thoroughly, and never once did I feel like she was trying to rush to the next patient. I think I finally found a doctor I will actually visit for an annual checkup. I will note that one of the three people in the front office was rather off-putting, but not enough to prevent me from coming back as the rest of the staff was a pleasure to interact with.
