  I made an appointment here for an initial prenatal visit for the first week of January. The next day the billing department sent me a payment plan for the delivery with the first payment of $600 being due in December and the next in January! They expect me to pay $1,200 towards the delivery fee before I've even had my first prenatal exam?!! This is just not ethical in my opinion. My last OB didn't start billing me for the delivery fee until sometime near the end of the second trimester after I already had multiple tests and ultrasounds and was confident that everything was going well with the pregnancy and there would actually need to be a delivery. I cancelled the appointment and I will be seeking prenatal care elsewhere.
