  Hands down the best place to live for student housing around the UCF area. I absolutely wish I could move here again after graduating. Superb maintenance staff and SUPER clean. In my 3 years of staying here I don’t think I saw a single insect or roach in my apartment. The only con I can think of is the occasional random fire alarm going off in the middle of the night but other than that everything was fine. I didn’t realize how nice I had it here at Northview until I moved to Plaza on University! Don’t ever go there!
