  We hired this service in May of 2014 to remodel our 2 bathrooms and kitchen and repair soft spots in floors. it is Oct. 7, 2014 today and we have not seen Robert Giguere since the middle of August. We have called , texted , left voice mails for this man , he does not return calls half the time the other half he will promise to be out to the house and will not call nor show FOR WEEKS . We paid him in May for 1/2 of what the job would cost( BIG MISTAKE ) because he was referred to us by Hometown America AKA Palm Valley . I also paid him several draws thinking this would give him some sort of incentive to show up , it did not work . Do NOT pay this man in advance . This is where we reside, a retirement community . The work he did do needs to be repaired , Nobs not centered in the middle of front of draw . Counter tops not sealed the list goes on and on . I was left without a kitchen sink for several weeks I was promised my kitchen would be complete in 2 weeks . that was over 1 1/2 months ago . As I sit I have no doors to my kitchen cabinets , electrically outlets hanging out of the walls 1/4 of the cabinets are refaced . 3/4 are not . My husband and I have had plenty of sleepless nights , We are taking him to small claims court , and hopefully he will not do this to others in the future . A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
